‘Tuesday Blush’ feels like a memory softened by time; layers of pink, faded marks and quiet gestures coming together into something both playful and nostalgic. Built through many translucent layers, scratches and partially hidden signs, the painting carries that feeling I often search for in my work: the beauty of things that are not fully explained.

I wanted the surface to feel almost weathered, like traces left on an old wall, where every mark belongs to a different moment. Some elements appear for a second and then disappear back into the composition, creating a balance between spontaneity and calm.

The soft pink field is interrupted by flashes of neon, warm yellows and raw graphite-like gestures, giving the work a subtle energy beneath its quiet appearance. For me, this painting is about freedom imperfection and the emotional weight hidden inside layers.
